Influenced into the creativity of music from the young age of 15, Sophie Lorena started of her musical journey by producing music on Cubase, creating Grime and Hip Hop beats. She went on to gain experience in multiple areas of the music industry. She gained experience in radio production at the Roundhouse in Camden and presented a music podcast for the venues BBC Electric Proms. Continuing on her musical journey she joined a DJing class and were taught to DJ on vinyl. She performed at a youth engagement event at the Roundhouse where she fiest showcased her DJing skills. Although she tried Djing, she did not pursue it at that moment of time as she wanted to work for a record label. In 2008 she studied Music business and gained enormous amounts of experience organising music events. In 2011 she took a step back from the music industry to pursue the life of travel. Through her journey's around the world, she got to hear the different sounds the world had to give. For years she fell in love with Deep, Tech, Soulful Tribal house music. Sounds from America, Europe were a huge influence on her musical taste. London was her home and the UK House scene really captured her wanting to get back into DJing. In 2021 she began to DJ at home to start building her skills. She is now playing out at various venues around London such as Golden Bee in Old Street. She has worked in collaboration with brands such as Duppy Share by Kano. Appeared on live streams from Wiley's Igloo. She is on the rise and set to attend many events in future. She hopes to release her first track in 2022.
