Recognised as a former lead live vocalist for Basement Jaxx - London (UK) based International singer, DJ, songwriter & one half of electronic duo Them&Us - Ami Carmine’s credentials as both Vocalist and DJ have seen her perform and headline multiple events across the world, including Glastonbury, Roskilde, Pukklepop, Creamfields, V Festival and as guest DJ at notable events such as London Fashion Week, Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland, Cubanisto's 'House Of Mask', F1 Grand Prix Singapore, Britain’s Got More Talent, plus high profile store events for the likes of Fashion brands Topshop, Superdry, Motel Rocks, Diesel, Reebok, Steve Madden, Warehouse and Lyle & Scott.
A lover of many different styles of music, Ami's DJ sets range from Classic/Commercial/ Bassline House, Dance & Remixes.

Ami's former project 'Them&Us' alongside acclaimed Beatboxer Killa Kela, hit the Number 1 spot in 2017 in the Beatport Breaks chart - in collaboration with Breaks heavyweights Stanton Warriors & Night Bass' Jay Robinson on their new single 'Bang' - which garnered support from BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, R3hab, Annie Nightingale and in which DJ Mag named their April 2017 'Money Shot'.

Continuously working across number of projects, Ami is currently collaborating with Grammy Nominated New York House Pioneer Todd 'The God' Terry (In House/Armada), Jay Robinson (Night Bass) & Conrank (Circus Records) as songwriter & vocal artist - with new music released on the respective labels in 2018.
Ami is also currently Djing across the UK, playing character Umlaut, alongside Matt King (actor & Peep Show character 'Superhans') as part of his "Big Beat Manifesto" tour, and is also one of 7 upcoming international musical artists supported by Superdry in their 2018 campaign supporting breakthrough artists 'Superdry Sounds'
