My stage name is Merit K. Real name is Merit Kukk . I was born in 1991 27 september in Estonia and currently am living in Tallinn. I started my musician journey by learning piano and guitar. I also sang in various genres such as opera and pop. I wrote words at an early age, which is initially my little hobby, but I am developing it vigorously, so that it will continue to benefit my career in the future. For me The DJ path started when I was 14, the moment I found hardstyle music for myself. After I got 19, I went to a DJ school to study this style, and at the age of 24 I started doing DJ-Set’s. Initially, I did them only for the purpose of practice, but a few years later I published my first real DJ-Set. Then I got to play in the bars of Tallinn's Old Town for the first time and moved on to lounge bars and finally clubs. In 2020, I also started making songs as an artist, which helped me get even more out of the world of music. Since the beginning of 2021 I'm doing DJ-Set’s for radios around the world, and I'm about to join a record company soon. As a producer, I'm loyal to euphoric hardstyle and raw hardstyle music.
