IZABELLA Biography
It was in 2014 that Izabella's official career as a DJ began in one of Sofia's iconic underground clubs - "Lifehouse" at the age of 18. Exuding immense energy and demonstrating remarkable talent, she quickly became a fan favorite with her distinct and trendy groovy techno sound with a thick bassline and melodic vocals.
Only a year later, she became resident at the picky and exclusive promoters 'The Exclusive', who are carefully building up their line-ups and she had the chance to play alongside world class artists like: Secret Cinema, Enrico Sangiuliano, Stefano Noferini, Spartaque and many others. Her undeniable talent and stage presence, combined with rapidly increasing popularity, resulted in expanding her scope of performances beyond Sofia to Belgrade in 2014 and 2015, followed by the iconic Amsterdam Dance Event in 2016 and a club gig for Happy Techno in Barcelona. Soon after that, she played also in Croatia, Greece, Macedonia and Italy.
In the beginning of 2018, she became a resident for ‘Techno Tourette’ in Germany and played at several locations across the country. Her musical career culminated in her Ibiza debut in 2018, which was followed by her success as "Best DJane for Bulgaria"
Having taken some small steps towards starting producing her own music, with several remixes and collaborations released, the lockdown of 2020 allowed her to refocus her energy on producing her own music. This determination and effort paid off and in 2020 - Izabella signed with Prospect Records. Then she released several EPs and remixes. The time away from the big halls and clubs allowed her to find her true sound that fused dubby and deep house elements, while still incorporating her signature tech grooves with a thumping bassline and alluring vocals.
Her hard work and ambition culminated in her weekly radio show "Magic Journey" on Ibiza Global Radio, followed by her decision to relocate to the island and continue the climb on the strict competition on the club scene of the island.
With 2022 signifying the dawn of a new beginning, Izabella has taken her musical journey to the magical level, and she shows no sign of stopping.
